bit.ly scares the shit out of me

hey guys, haven’t “figured out how to twitter yet,” but I was reading something on this facebook group (and this group, and this group, and this event, and this page) about link shortenings being totally evil. If your website is something.ly that means you are endorsing Libya, which is wrong and gross.

did you know that qaddafi had a “green book,” similar to mao zedong’s “red book?” Mao Zedong killed 800 million people.

so try another url shortening if you are on twitter, like tinyurl.com or is.gd. who knows what this one will do and who’s “gaining control of your tweets.”
